As a true first professional experience, a doctorate should be valued as such when looking for a job. Upon completion of their thesis, PhD graduates possess a set of skills that can be transferred to new professional environments:

  • Scientific and technical expertise specific to a particular field,
  • The ability to manage complex issues, tackle the unknown, and innovate,
  • Project management and teamwork,
  • The ability to question oneself, rigor, autonomy, perseverance,
